Thank you guys!!

I don't know what's your opinion but I think that a small trip to New Hartford would be preferable before she takes the plane to France isn't it??
It hard for me to sleep since I saw this guitar and I cross my fingers to be winner the end. :D
As I'm still building my new music room this week end, I'll make a small place for her in case...

I am one of those who would like to see Jerome have it...his love of Adamas and Ovations along with the resultant gift he has given to us (OvationTribute.com) is well known and highly appreciated.

However, realize that this is an eBay auction and the seller deserves the highest bid possible (no, I am not bidding).

There are those on the OFC that may also be seeking this guitar. And, they have the right to do so.

You're right Tony.
I've never asked for any favour on Ebay's auctions and I will not start today.
I'm ready to play the game of the auction and like we says in France: "que le meilleur gagne"!! ;)

19:15:25 PST on Tuesday would be early Wednesday morning in France. I think Jérôme is on top of it…

Noper... Even if I had, there's no way I'd admit it here, considering the avid interest!

I would have loved to have won her via the auction! In fact, I think I was the second bidder.

I love it. The unofficial, self-appointed head cheerleader for the "OFC Family" bidding against the one person besides the Kaman family who has done more to promote Ovation, who has devoted countless hours to amassing the largest collection of Ovation history and information and made it freely available to the world, going so far as to create a multimedia package which he then gave away to all here who asked for it, and who expressed a passionate desire for this particular guitar; and said cheerleader is unapologetic about trying to screw him over. I couldn't imagine better.

TUS, you frackin' maggot, get your seabag and stand on the 'footprints'...time to ship you out.

Maybe Tim can get you time on a USCG Frigate swabbing the decks and cleaning the heads....

Course, I agree with this part: "...the one person besides the Kaman family who has done more to promote Ovation, who has devoted countless hours to amassing the largest collection of Ovation history and information and made it freely available to the world, going so far as to create a multimedia package which he then gave away to all here who asked for it,"

Yeah, this is the same "unofficial cheerleader" who has furnished quite a few guitars to members that most of us are unaware of, because this "cheerleader" never blows his own horn! This is the same "cheerleader" whose kindness and generousity are overwhelming! I know this "cheerleader" so well, I'd be willing to bet that he was trying to buy this guitar as a GIFT for someone "who has devoted countless hours to amassing the largest collection of Ovation history..."

I'm very embarrassed and I do not expect any special reward for what I did.
I'm not "better" than anyone else here and it's just for my pleasure that I'm working on the website.
In fact, I'm the greatest egoist on earth... :D
You all made me the greatest gift with the Adamas proto #11 project and that's more than enough for me, it's one of the nicest gift I've never expected.
I'm a member like everyone here, I'm coming to find informations about O's and to have nice contacts because this is the best place for that and that's all.

Thank you for accepting me in the "Family", it's already so great for me.
Merci

Jérôme :)

Jerome, you and I are more alike than you think.

Once you buy a Mac and start playing a Takamine the transformation will be complete.

Jérôme,

I'm truly glad you'll have another chance at it!

TUS,

Fortunate for you that the bidding data is gone. That way no one can check the eBay and OFC 'time lines' to debunk your uncalled for accusation.

Unlike you, I have nothing to apologize for regarding this topic...
