Location: Boise, Idaho | Reserve is usually a little lower, but once the reserve is met, I think the BIN disappears. That's the incentive for the BIN. If you try to just get it for the reserve price, you might get outbid, even above the original BIN. |

| I think we tend to forget how cheap the dollar is today. I found a website that compares the value of the dollar today to any previous year. A new Adamas I in 1981 was expensive. You sure couldn't buy one for 800 bucks. I got my '92 1767 on ebay a few years ago for $600. That's a little over 300 dollars in 1992. You couldn't buy a new 1992 USA Legend and factory case for that.
Someone just won a 1547 Elite for a little over $600. That's ridiculously cheap for a rare guitar, even with a few finish cracks. |
