Dave;

(after an Ovation nylon . . and a bass), My next guitar WILL be a Martin . . .

Tim;
I would assume that "Goldie" is down in Fla.
The reso on the wall is a Phillips . . .

Wow, can you say "patina"!

And the way the guitars have aged is pretty good too! ;)

It is the jams that are the best part of this whole thing.

cliff.

What model Ovation is that in the third picture?

I saw Glen Campbell play one that looked very similar. He said on stage that it had a graphite neck. It was the only time I've seen one.

BTW; Nice Martins. After the first of the year I'm going to look for a 000.

How many were made. The night I saw Glen he didn't seen to like it, kept asking the sound guy to change the EQ.

Played his Hamer 12 string more.

Phillips

Nice guitars.

The one in the picture is one of their "parlor" models.

Nice, smooth, smoky tone to it. A bit softer than a Nat'l.
(at least that's my "take" from the one that I played . . .)

Bill can expound better than I (once he stops the car).

I know you do Cliff. I just couldn't pass up the opportunity to be a wiseass. You HAD to know that I would say something.
