| I am a Dutchman who is interested in buying his first Ovation. I already read a lot about the history and the different models. So interesting. At this moment I own a Gibson Les Paul and an old acoustic from a vague brand (Daytone). That's why I wouuld like to add another guitar.
I have the option to buy a CS257 Celebrity Deluxe from 2000/2001 which is in excellent condition, but for just a few euro's more I also can buy a new entry level CE-44 Celebrity Elite. So I am wondering if a 2000 pre-Fender but made in Korea CS257 is more interesting than a current 2023/24 CE-44.
Or maybe consider a totally different model.
