I was watching CMT overthe weekend and happened to Catch CMT crossroads with Bon Jovi and Sugarland. Kristian Busch Plays Mandolin and lends vocals to sugarland . He plays Ovation Mandolins. Throughout the show he used several different Ovation Mandolins. In fact on all but one song he used Ovations. I had noticed this on the Sugarland music videos, But It sure was neat to see it in a live setting. If he's not an endorsee yet, Wit two chart toppers already, He'd be a good one for Ovation. He really gets into playing and you can tell he sure has fun on-stage.

Saw that too, Steve. Not a huge fan of Bon Jovi or Sugarland but every once in a while the series shows a pretty good pairing (see John Mayer and Brad Paisley if you get a chance) and that mando player was having a good time with his O's.

I just recently got into Sugarland. They are Country! But they are Songwriter oriented, so i have that much more of an appreciation for them.
While, i was never a big Bon Jovi Fan, I didn't dislike them. So i really enjjoyed the show. The mayer and Brad Paisley show was great too. I also liked the John Fogerty and Keith Urban show.
But with the Ovation Mandolins, I got really excited. The guy reminded me of the first time I saw Sam Bush playing with Emmylou Harris. Sam Jumped around and shook his head around to the music. I thought the poor guys head was going to come off! :D Great music though.
