Stupid question part-- If my battery is Low, how does having a little light stay "On" help the situation?
Don't that, like, use-up the battery?
[also, I didn't get any extra shims... Should I have?] |

I've played for at least three hours with the light on & the OP40 was still working. I don't know about the shim deal regarding non-US models. All of my US guitars had at least one or two shims. Do you need to raise the saddle? |

I'm kinda disappointed with the Battery tho'...
It is the same kind of No-Name (Songle) Battery that I got with my GC057... another Chinese Celebrity. Can't have sat around that long. Probably just a crappy battery to start with.
About the shims... My Korean Balladeer 4861 came with two shims, and the previous owner still had them after 9 years (and he was the 2nd owner). But my GC057 was Factory Reject "Used", so no shims. I can't remember if I got a wrench or not.
This CC44 came with tags, case, and a wrench, but no shims.
They might be in there already... Who knows.
I haven't had to RAISE the action on any of my guitars.
edit-- Thanx Jason, but I don't need any really. and it has the thin saddle. The only one I've got the has a thick saddle is the USO.
2nd edit-- Oh yeah, I still got one shim from the 4861.
So I'm cool  |
