I have recently aquired a Deacon 6 string. The electronics and switches seem to function other than the volume control, it appears to be full noise. There seems to be a very slight change only when turning the knob and more to tone than volume. The only way I can control the volume is with the amp.
I have checked the batteries and the fit of the knob on the spline, all ok.
I am assuming the pot is faulty. But not being familiar with the active electronics I thought I'd ask for some advice before I pulling it to bits. Thanks James. |

If you need the schematic there are some in my gallery. |

I do have a schematic for it. Cheers mate. |

It's not that hard. Right now I've got two bedrooms all torn apart and several guitar projects under cardboard until I finish something. The garage is full of items for tomorrow's yard sale and I can't find my cappo. |
