| Hi Guys,
I'm trying to nail down some specifics on the prototype Balladeer I have. It has GROVER tuning knobs, circa 1965 probably. Wondering if the Headstock was an off-the-shelf Martin or Gibson piece...
TIA! |

But I just went thru the old catalogs (1970-1974) and can't find any mention of Grover tuners on the GC Artist Balladeers. But I never owned a 1970's GC Artist so I honestly don't know for certain. The early 70's catalogs don't specify the makes of tuners. Just gold or chrome...... |
