The School of Mines really is a great school for technology, but obviously they don't know much about guitar history!

I stopped by the local luthier a few days ago and he had a couple of Rainsongs in his store. Picked up the jumbo and gave it a try, it was bright alright, but really didn't do much for me. Interestingly, in his "vintage" corner he also had an old Celebrity sitting around, and a mint Larrivee ... yum.

funny, one comment to the article so far says "At least 2 companies-Blackbird and Rainsong have been producing and selling composite guitars for years....But, way to go." You forgot the one who started it.... but way to go buddy.

I've never played a Rainsong I liked.

I do love my Larrivee LV09 when she has fresh strings on
