  Location: CA | Is the Adamas W597 with the graphite-weave top (which I don't believe is made any longer) the same thing as the white Melissa Ethridge W597, which is? Besides the ME's finish, newer preamp and 'innies' to the graphite's 'outies,' I mean.  
  
I guess a more appropriate question is, would they sound about the same? I've always lusted after this model, but at the risk of sounding sexist, Melissa's is just a tad too feminine for me. |

  Location: Sydney, Australia | Structurally, I've always thought they were the same guitar, so I guess they'd sound the same. I've never actually seen one in real life, though I did own a W597 |
