Workshop Live offers online courses from the same people/teachers (including our own Matt Smith) who bring you National Guitar Workshop. They're among the best.

Location: Marlton, NJ		+1 on what G8r said. WSL is a very good tool. I like the variety of teachers - you can get different approaches to a subject.
