In the absence of my UKII, my Peavey Generation S2 has become my go-to gigging guitar. These are the guitars Steve Cropper was playing prior to designing his own signature model with Peavey. I've really dug the active Bartolini designed pickups, tele inspired styling, and the single coil at the neck postiton. It also looks great under the lights with it's carved flamed maple top, and matching flamed neck/headstock. It has a very custom shop feel to it. My only gripe is at times, I've really wished it was a hardtail, but I like the versatility of the trem at times too.

Well, I fixed the issue. This is the S1. It's the same guitar, but with a hardtail.

What a great looking guitar. I bet it sounds Big Time. Man post a sample of music recorded with it if you can. Love to hear what it sounds like. What kind of set up an Amp are you using?

Kit, I'm either using the rig I posted earlier this week going through a Carvin Belair, or... A Vox AD60VTX (or sometimes the AD120VTX) with the long board.

It depends on how much setup time I have.

Out of the demos I did last year, only one had the Genny on it, Fantasy...
Fantasy

I played the S2 when we played the Haiti Benefit that Mark in Boise's daughter put together. I think there's 4 or so songs here....
