Can someone tell me to whom to write to lodge a formal complaint? Can't seem to get a straight answer from local customer service rep at Ovation. After 2+ months of lies and being jerked around, I still have problems with my '98 CL. Who is the top guy in customer service in New Hartford CN? Thanks.
