Location: Colorado Rocky Mountains | When I decided to order my first custom guitar, it was a reverse red burst ssb Adamas to resemble an 1147 slothead cutaway configuration with an Op Pro and XLR. The designation on the label is 1187-2. Because Ovation did not have a jig set up for a 13-piece treble epi, I had to settle for a single epaulet. It is by far my favorite gigging guitar. Some of you have played it at one of our gatherings. Pictures were posted here years ago. Thanks to Al for making this incredible guitar happen. It isn't likely there will ever be another. |
