Saw Brad Paisley in concert. He used the cheapest picks possible, ripped on his tele, and threw a hundred of these cheap picks out to the audience. If he can play THAT good with a cheap pick, I guess they are good enough for me.

I hear you. I actually got through a gig at a restaurant once using a clip tab thing that comes on a loaf of bread as a pick. My friend recorded it all on DAT and I didn't sound half bad, bread tab and all!

gravity pick guy can do custom pick orders. i think it would be cool if he can do a special 1778t-rft/bft/oft pick. he should let me know if he can tomorrow. if so, any other flamers in here interested? bobbo? OMA? prof? it'd be neat to have a few match the guitar.

Thanks for the offer 'usmc, but that's ok, I have so many picks laying around the house now, that the wife keeps vaccuming them up and pulling them out of the clothes dryer. After trying a ton of them out, I've went from coolpics to the latest choice of Dunlops. After picking up another guitar, I'm afraid to purchase anything related to guitars, for fear of the wrath of the "Sergeant Major" (if you know what I mean) (;

How exactly would a pick match the guitar? I'm intrigued. I live for little details like this.
