Location: Pacific Northwest Inland Empire | OK, I'm fairly impressed with this guy's spirit of adventure....and resourcefulness. Pulling fretboards is a bit beyond my proclivities. And, Bill, I agree; that is a pretty poor rendition of a rosette. At least I make the real mosaic type. Actually, I would have refinished it natural. Warts are an honest representation, and usually only on the outside, anyway.
And, if "Confession be good for the soul", I now publicly disclose I just wedded a '90's K-bar neck to a Yamaha FD01 body. Ain't bad, either. "Idle hands are The Devil's workshop". So, do I get excommunicated from The Order now? |
