Location: Pensacola, FL | I recently bought a 1624-4 nylon string made in 1973. The guitar is in great shape. What I don't like about it is that the neck is too thin. (Not talking about neck width) Was wondering if anyone knows if Ovation made a nylon string with a neck similar to what's on the 1617 steel string I have? I just don't like the flat feel on the back of the nylon's neck. Would love to find an older used one if it had a thicker, rounder neck.
Thanks, Steve |

Location: Jet City | Sunstorm, buy a later model that doesn't have a truss rod cover (80's and beyond). Those necks are thicker. I would imagine your Legend fits this description as well. Older Legends have that same thin profile. |
