Hello Everyone!

Promise to not make fun of me on a place where everyone knows what they're talking about! I received an Ovation model 3862 in black burst a few years back from my Dad. Truthfully, I don't know much about guitars and it's just sat in it's original hard case in the closet. It appears to be in great condition (again, from my limited knowledge). I'm wanting to post it on Craig's List or figure out where to sell it. But, I have no idea where to begin with pricing! Do you all have anywhere to point me? I've done some Googling, but most posts are several years old that I could find.

I hope I'm not posting in the wrong place! Forgive me if I messed up. Thanks so much!

That is the first question in the FAQ section.
I just did a quick search on eBay, HERE (around $250)
eBay "Completed Listings" will often give you an idea of the current Market Value.
But this is influenced by the economy of the moment and the type of people who shop on eBay.
Your guitar was only made from '89-'91, so that is why Google results may be pretty thin.
