I am liquidating my roundbacks on ebay.
My 1982 Legend has the neck pushing through the top of the box and I don't want to send it in. I assume this is a serious problem. I've tried to be as forthright and candid as I can, anybody's opinion on my ad or my guitar will be appreciated and included.
My 1997 Balladeer has been played very little. I don't see any sign of the problems I had with the 6 string, but of course it was fine for 10 years.
There are some lines radiating from the bridge area, but they seem to be cracks in the thick glossy finish, and not the wood. One of them can be felt with a fingernail.
I hate to leave the acoustic world, but wife and daughter sing and play, and we have to amp up indoors. The 12 string doesn't fit our ensemble, and the acoustics are too much trouble indoors with feedback.
happy playing,
