Location: On The Fringe Of Ground Zero | I noted there were "feedback busters" listed in accessories for both round hole and multi hole Ovation guitars. Are these necessary? I'm a novice with Ovations. Thanks! :cool: |

Location: Scotland | If you are in situations where you're getting low-end feedback then you'll get maybe an extra 2dB headroom before the onset of feedback using soundhole bungs. You'll get an additional dB or two with an onboard notch filter engaged. In many cases, especially when working solo or in small acoustic ensembles, this is enough to tame the main feedback point. If you play with a bass guitarist or bass and drums then you may need an additional line of defense, such as parametric EQ or an automatic feedback destroyer. |
