Figured that there's got to be plenty here who can offer opinions (and we all know what THEY'RE worth, but) on this:

My TV and DVDplayer are in one unit at one end of my living room. My audio system is located in another area of the room.

In order to connect the AudioOut of my DVD unit to the DVDAudioIn of my amp, I'll need about a 25' run of a pair of audio cables with RCA's on both ends.

Do they make animals such as this (this long), and can I anticipate audio signal problems???

Cliff, email your new address and I'll send you a pair of RCA cables long enough. I found a few in the warehouse last week and we have no use for them. Using cheap long cables can result in the loss of treble response but you can probably compensate with EQ, & you may pick up noise. Try it, if it doesn't work with budget cables you'll need to invest in some of higher quality, but they can be a pain to install unobtrusively on long runs

Cool.
THANKS, Paul!!

I kind of assumed what you said, but wasn't sure.

I SURELY don't want any degradation in audio quality while I'm listening to Cartman tell Kenny to kiss his fat ass . . . . .
