I guess I've just never really thought of a Celebrity as anything more than someone who does their job of "Entertainment" or "Advertising" really well.

Except to be a Celebrity you do not have to be especially good at what you do, or do anything...

I was in a discussion with a half dozen people last night and of course MJ comes up and they're going on and on abut all kinds of stuff. And was like I could care less - like everyone was talking about a movie that I hadn't seen. This freak jobs life and his death has absolutely no effect on me. Yes, he introduced dance to pop music and videos. Well done. Maybe if not for him there never would have been a Britney or Justin. Oh the harrrrar. I was accused of being racist. Now that's funny. How can you be a racist for not giving a damn about a guy like MJ who spent the better part of his adult life thumbing what's left of his nose at blacks and doing everything he could to turn himself white. That's good.
