Location: Austin, Tx		You can get Pumping nylon at amazon.com or barnesandnoble.com for $11.95. and pick up a tropical shine four way buffer/file from sally beauty supply for about $4. Scott says to use 600 grit sandpaper, but this file has that grit and finer.
