With the old calendar winding down and all of the buzz around the new calendars that are in the mail, I know the last thing you guys want to think about is pictures for next year.
Fortunatly, you have me around to think about those things.

Take a look at this month's picture. That's the type of thing we are looking for.
Well, to tell the truth I'd rather see a pretty young Santa's helper in a tasteful yet naughty elf outfit holding (hugging??) an Ovation. Use the Santa set-up at the local mall for the background. Better yet... TWO Santa helpers and Two Ovations. Yeah... that's the ticket. Or how bout this... THREE... three Santa helpers with THREE Ovations in a Charlies Angels type pose. Ohhhh yeah!!

And if not... the soft focus Christmas tree thing will be just fine. (sigh)

My most Christmassy guitar is leaving the house this weekend. I'll try to get some pics first.

I'm just amazed I could figure out how to post it. Give me a few years and I can figure out most anything--maybe even how to play guitar. The 99 was my second USA Ovation, with a gap of almost 30 years. I'll miss it.

Fortunately, you can't erase the memories. She was so excited when she thought she had opened all her gifts and I pulled the guitar case out from behind the tree. Daughters are tough to buy for. It's pretty rare when they get a gift from Dad that they're really excited about.

Well, I could take pictures in the rain here in the Winter, or wait till Spring and take pictures in the rain. Actually, maybe I should do them in summer and take pictures in the rain instead. Then again, fall is probably best (Rain mixed with colored leaves)

Yeah, and I guess the folks in Arizona and Florida will be confined to doing the summer months on the calendar.

I spose Dave could always string lights up a saguaro.
