Location: SoCal | I've never seen one of these before. The only nylon string Adamas top I've ever seen or played is the Adamas Country Artist built for Glen Campbell. This is very cool. I wonder, with the deep bowl, how it sounds acoustically.... |

Location: Phoenix AZ | With tape and foam on the bridge, sealed up soundholes and some fuzzy thing on the headstock I doubt acoustic sound was very high on his list of priorities. 14 fretter. I wonder what the nut width is. Cool guitar. I put nylon strings on my U681 once and it wasn't half bad. Dave |

Location: 6 String Ranch | It was a wide neck. Sigi is the Al Dimeola of Germany and has used Ovations for a looooong time. We've done a bunch of special stuff for him. He was one of the first to get onboard with the midi stuff. |

This Nylon is incredible!!!

Location: Germany | We didn't talk too much about the guitar. I realized that Sigi is very proud to own it as he claimed that it's one of two ever made classical Adamas (?). The cord on the headstock presses down the strings and he thinks this brings additional 1 or 2 dB volume. Yes, the idea behind the tape and foam is to attenuate the bass strings. Maybe his personal taste. I have no idea how it sounds acoustically. The rear access door was missing and in this condition the acoustic sound must be terrible. Right Dave, he doesn't care about that cause this guitar is only played on stage. And there it did a great job!
