From the underside the bracing is all attached and there is no deformation at all of the underside. I believe the top layer of the fibronic sandwich is pulling off internally. Can the factory do anything to stabilize this? Or do we wait for it to become unbearable and then send it in for replacement?

John B. says it will need the top replaced. So now is her chance to get a custom color, different bridge, etc. She has said many many times that this guitar is perfection, that there is no other guitar she has ever played (and there have been many good ones) which match her the way this one does. She may end up getting an identical finish on it. The ball is in her court now to decide and for me to pay. Somehow it always goes like this!

I haven't tried them on my guitars yet but on her Ute they are the best yet. Previously she liked Martin Marquis SP, but those are no longer being made. As far as I know she has never had mediums on that guitar. I've had mediums on my 2080 a few times with no problems but from now on I'll only use lights unless I am in a dropped tuning. The factory has received the guitar but we don't have the work estimate back yet. Sara after much consideration has decided to keep the configuration exactly as it was so that the sound and feel don't change.

They are also repairing some minor dings in the back of the neck which look as if Sara has played wearing rings on her left hand or perhaps pressed with a metal capo. I was expecting repairs to be 3x this much.
