Location: Milford, MI | I just wanted to say that I am very impressed with the speed that Kim replies to emails. Not a big deal to some people but it means a lot to me.
I emailed Kim a question at 6:40 last night,and at 7:20 he replied. I didn't even think about checking my mail last night. Big company's never reply that fast,if at all.
Open my email this morning and have a reply. I send him another at 5:15am and by 8:30 I had another reply. I'm amazed. I wish more company's were like that. |

Didn't think the post would get off track like this. I was just trying to say something positive for a person that helps us O&A owners.
We seem to be the black sheep. We need all the help we can get. lol |
