| Hey there, first of all i want to introduce myself. I‘m David from the north of Germany, playing guitar for 20 years now (without getting much better  ) and I ran into a vintage 12 string Ovation with some issues... Yes, my English isn‘t to good and German autocorrect for English text isn‘t a big help as well... Here‘s the Story... I got an Ovation Guitar from an old musician some weeks ago. It sounds fantastic, says „Ovation“ on the headstock and metal foil label inside the bowl, shows the Ovation logo on the tuners and has the original preamp (Volume + Tone). The problem is that there is no model number on the label and no serial number in the guitar. Further the foil label looks a bit different than it usually does). It could be a fake but in my opinion it is way to good to be a copy from the 70s. So... maybe somebody knows a bit more about this guitar. Any Information would be apreciated.
