Here's one for the technical experts and project guitar craftsmen. I saw this 1115 12 string with a broken neck on Ebay. It definitely seems to need a new neck. If one had a 1115 neck on hand, would it be difficult or even possible to remove the existing neck and replace it on this bowl ?

If it was my call, I would repair that peghead. Pulling the neck off the body is too much of a gamble, in distorting the joint geometry & integrity.
I have repaired 12-string pegheads like this, and they hold fine. As long as some other bozo has not tried to reglue it already.
Best of luck!
