Location: Montreal		I have a "as new" Guild D-40 with D-TAR electronics and case. The guitar was purshased in 2007 and is from the Tacoma plant. Spruce top, solid mahogany back and sides, etc.

I am interested in trading for an interesting Ovation, Taylor or Larrivee. Will also consider cash deal for $1250 plus shipping.
