Hey all. Just found out about this place when I was looking around Ovations site for info on my newest. It's an 1861, sn# 560156 which puts it as a 2001 model. I'm trying to figure out what the finish is called, it's a blue burst. I don't see it as an available finish from Ovation anywhere. Any ideas? I just picked it up from a Mars music auction (for $350) and I know they sometimes (used to now, I guess) have guitar companies make special runs for their stores. I'm wondering if this is the case. Tx.

Location: NJ		there are special finishes for stores etc. Yours may be one of those.
One thing I can say is ovation is really cool about trying different finishes and IMHO thier cherry sunburst is one of the best on the market.
