Location: Gardnerville Nevada | I just received my first Ovation today. It's a 1994 Collector with mid-bowl and it's in excellent shape. Just a couple of small abrasions in the top finish that I can probably buff out (No Dents!). Other than that it looks brand new. It's got that nice "EEee" sound I was looking for as opposed to the "OOhh" sound my very excellent Goodall RCJ has. I'm sitting at home with the flu today so I've only just played it unplugged. Sounds fine and has a nice action. I'll plug it in tonight and report back my thoughts later. Now I'm an official Ovationite like everyone else in this forum. Now I'll have to start looking for that 12 string I want!! |
