It makes them look much more hand crafted. Isn't it nice to see them all new and shiney! I see you got a picture of yourself playing that beauty! I think when most people try a guitar, the instinctive first chord to play is "D". | ||

I've got one guitar with a pretty thick and obvious goop-guard, some less thick, one that has no guard but the top has a slightly different hue in that area and yet another with non at all (goop machine was not working that day). or maybe someon epaid $845 extra and ordered it with no goop-guard. All music stores should have a simple box like this that has a set of headphones on a battery pack so you can plug in if you want. Nice to see Ovation doing these Adamas 1 copies justice!
