OK ok ok......I know I am opening myself up for all the OFC clowns but you guys are also the source of all knowledge.

I am looking for a set of long handled nut drivers....preferably 10 - 12 inches long (and not the typical 6" model)....

I swear I am not making this up....it is a legitimate need so after all the comments, can somebody come up with some good suggestions where I can buy a set?

and I don't want the supersized 18" model which I have been able to locate (SHUTUP!)

long handled nut drivers probably work best to unscrew the frozen turd molds...

I'd go to KleinTools or a specialty hardware store like Montague Tool&Supply. 10inch is going to be very hard to find (that's what she said)...

You might also try "Northern Tool" or "Grainger"

Good Luck...

So a Pirate walks into a bar. He's got a patch on one eye, a parrot on his shoulder, a hook for one hand, and what looks like a ship's steering wheel down the front of his pants.

The bartender, being ever observant, says to the pirate. "Did ya know you have a steering wheel in yer pants, Captain?".

"Arrgghh", says the pirate. "Arrgghh, it drives me nuts!".

Harbor Freight has 6 piece, 9-9/16" length T-handle sets for $20. You didn't say whether you needed metric or SAE.

Wabbit, I have been trying to find the screwdriver type of handle but the ones you mentioned appear to be one of my few and best hopes of finding a set.

I will check them out! Thanks

Vic, thanks but those are not quite right. Appreciate the help tho......

Mark, using sockets don't always work well when dealing with electronics and tend to scare me a bit.

Jeff, I will check out the places you mentioned.

Flysig....nice joke!

Stephen, the HF set doesn't mention it, but it looks like you could probably use a regular 1/4" nut driver (screwdriver type) as a handle.

Stephen, you could probably find what you need very reasonably priced at either Tool King or Harbor Freight right here in Denver.

I had thought about Harbor Freight (not to far from the home) but did not realize there were any Tool King locations in Denver.

S-man,

Do a google search with the terms POLLICIS and ergonomic in your criteria. I think you maybe find what you are looking for.
