Joined: June 2009 Posts: 11 Location: United States | I am now the proud owner of my first ovation. yesterday my cc24s arrived. the only complaint i had about it was that it had a broken string. but that is no big deal i purchased a couple of packs of dunlop zakk wylde strings and restrung it. i am very pleased so far with the guitar but then again i've only had it for 1 day. i am amazed at the build quality of this guitar for a cheap priced guitar it is very well made. :)

I believe that on first glance few people would associate Zakk with acoustic guitars. It's like nobody really thinks of Carlos or Jimi or Eddie or Yngwie playing acoustic guitars. Although I am sure they can. :p
