I rather enjoyed the phenomenal flatulence afterwards. It was awe inspiring, entirely too loud, and comical.

Yes, but because of the drainage fluid they make you drink before hand you can never totally trust those bursts of joyous noise to be lump free

Dad was just diagnosed with colon cancer. It was caught in time and is treatable. He's looking at options now as he's not a fan of going under the knife.
