GarageBand has the same function built in. I'm sure the Android clones would have something similar if you're not into Apple products. | ||

(available for Mac, iPhone, iPad, Windows and (probably) Android) You can play along with the MP3 recording at whatever speed you choose (starting with slow normally) without having any pitch problems. | ||
