Honestly, we got back yesterday, unloaded the camping gear, put stuff away, then dad was out! He's at school now, so we'll get the guitar issue decided tonight.

I'll put up a link later to a website with more pics and video (got some great vids!) It may take a day or two. I got a bit shutter happy and took roughly 1200 pics, so I got some sorting to do. I just thought I'd put a couple up till then.

Acoustics were mostly Garrison (as well as the octave mando), and for the one classical piece to The Trees, he busted out the O. Geddy was playing the Jazz Bass mostly, but we all screamed like little girls when he pulled out his old Ric!

The "chicken rigs" are to fill up the empty space where his bass cabs used to be. They used a row of 3 Maytag coin operated dryers (real ones) for the last tour. At least they have a sense of humor! What's that behind Geddy in the 2nd pic? Looks like rotisserie chicken! Did he serve it up between songs? Gotta love the LCD flatpanels on the floor.

I've seen a few videos of the tour with the dryers onstage and never could figure it out. The chicken rigs are a tasty touch! I would ask how the show was but, well it's Rush, I'm sure it was great. Did they play any of the newer material from Snakes and Arrows and Vapor Trails or just do all the classics?

They're all having fun too, even after a year plus of shows every night, and the 1000 mile an hour winds we had there Saturday night. They were laughing it up on stage and having a great ol' time. It was good to see.

Right where the sub bass pounds you to death! Love it! My 12 & 15 year old Daughters went to the YES concert in 2004 in Syracuse with my wife and I and were absolutely blown away! They are totally into Rush & Yes & Floyd & Genesis and all the older big name rockers! And I am getting them to all these bands concerts before they cash it in. I sure hope they play Camera Eye!

Come to think of it, those 2 albums make up more than half the show. I think the idea was not to play the long ones like Camera Eye, Xanadu, La Villa Strangiato, and so on, and play more quantity instead. They did do Natural Science though, one of my personal favorites.
