You need to go to a vintage gas station. There's a hell of a nice one that I know of in Phoenix. Must be a chain. Seems like they are opening one in Boulder as well.

I seriously doubt I'm the ONLY one here that owns that piece of vinyl. But maybe the only one brave enough to admit it. I've also got "Rapper's Delight" by the Sugarhill Gang, but that one's a little more difficult to make into a parody about shiny bowl Ovations.

... I said a hip hop a hippie to the hippie
to the hip hip hop, you dont stop a rockin
to the bang bang boogy say upchuck the boogy,
to the rhythm of the boogity beat...

Wait until you hear the ukulele version !!!

Cliff. I appreciate your concern, but don't worry about me. I'm still well stocked. 6 shiny bowls, 6 adamas, book mando, 8 ukuleles, FD14, book elite, elite 12, custom legend, country artist, stealth adamas, Martin slothead, Martin 000-18, 2 Telecasters, Hurricane, Typhoon, 2 Tornados, 3 Thunderheads. I've got plenty to keep me busy. Oh yeah, forgot the '05 Collector scheduled to arrive on Tuesday.

Not concerned Dave, just curious . . . .

Not being much of a "collector", I guess I just never caught on to the whole "coming&going" thing.
I just get too attached to 'em . . .

I don't get nearly as attached as I used to. There are a couple that'll never leave my side, but I've come to realize that 1) tastes change and 2) no matter what you've got, there's probably something better out there. Of course 2 doesn't apply in your case, does it! When #47 re-issue comes out the value of the origial slots will drop like a rock and you'll be begging me to take it off your hands.
