What exactly is this guitar? Is it a commemorative? Why were there so few made? I see what looks like Dates inlayed on the fret board. why is a Viper different from an Elite? or celebrity? I see a fancy binding but not sure about the other characteristics that make this a Viper.
Thanks I am sure there are others who are not clear on these as well.

I suppose you could call it a hollowbody electric. Or a semi-solidbody acoustic. Whatever.

It's a beauty, the top Viper model, and sadly, it's not going to be mine. :(
