Just an observation, I haven't seen too many guitars stood on the peghead. Has anyone seen one with the flames going the other way?

just winding down on a Friday.

the flames are designed for the guitar in it's held position, not in it's in-the-stand posture.

Yeah, it's like you're running across the stage and the flames are coming out of your fingers playing some meedly-meedly-meeeeee on the 18th fret. That's the only way to get the full effect.

Yeah, but they're still sidewards! Don't you normally hold the guitar with a slight tilt upwardses?

When I paint the flames on my 1537, that's how I'm doing 'em!

it's like the flames painted on a car. however, if the car is in reverse, then the flames are going the wrong direction.

Hey It's Friday!

I like the Captain's explanation, makes me want to do the knee-slide across the stage!

Right or wrong, the flames go the same way on my FlameKat.

It's more the afterburner look as you slide left to right across the stage.

Those are flames? Look more like something you might see under a microscope.
