I can remember when my sisters would look forward to wearing a new dress to school or church. Totally not a guy thing...

But I do look forward to playing new guitars at church. Here's a 95% complete Koa Viper with Mag pups, blender and Power bridge for that Poor Man's Hybrid sound.

Ahhhhh, Koa...

I had a viper with the "no ears" neck. I thought it looked really cool. Can't remember who in the OFC I sold it to.

The first neck I tried for it was extremely flamed Maple but when I tensioned it up it showed warpage and/or a delamonated FB to neck. This neck matches in tone and may be the one from Stephen28's (I lost track a long time ago).

Those Artec pups act very Viperish by the way!

Lovin it!

It's all in the wood. Only the finest, aged to perfection chunks of lumber that sat on shelves for 30 years and were hand selected from Ebay... blah, blah, blah.

There are a lot of inexpensive but quality parts out there just waiting for homes.

I was satisfied with the way it played this morning. It would be interesting to hear someone else play it.

Very nice. I went with the chrome knobs and pup rings, too.

I couldn't decide if I should go with the Black or the Chrome so I did both to see. I think I prefer the Black.

Yes, Jeff - it is chambered (insert Ivory Snow box here).
