I only showed a few friends these pictures. I hope I do not break any rules posting these. I do not want to show anything that might be confidential. I figure it's been almost 10 years, I think people will enjoy seeing some of these pics. Al, let me know if I should delete these. It was a great day, the 96 collector's were being produced at the time, the vipers were new, and I took my 1758-1 elite to take a picture of outside of the front door like the owner's manual back cover. The album is in the member section under ERNIEWAN. Thanks and enjoy, Ernie PS CWK2, do you recognize the 2 employees in the spray booths?...I forget their names !!

The factory didn't give tours all that much, and certainly not to asians who might have a factory conection, no cameras and all that spoo. On my first Orient trip in 82 we visited maybe 10 factories, some were even making Ovation copies. And guess what? For the things that we thought were so secretive and we were so smart for figuring out, they were all doing the exact same thing, the same way. SO, in 83 the tour policy changed and the doors got opened. The lesson: it's not what you do but how well you do it.
