Not too keen on taking my expensive and awesome wood box to gigs where people are drinking with unbridled enthusiasm. Anybody got anything they're thinking of moving on to a new home/continent? I'm not interested in a Celibacy or AppleSauce.

"take me home", you just do it. I thought my '05C was the guitar of my dreams and a keeper, but I didn't hesitate to sell it when this particular 'wood box' came along. (Y'know, the old one in, one out routine... ) Edited by muzza 2015-11-07 7:17 AM

I get really positive comments about its plugged in sound, and other musos want to do their set with it. It got a bit silly after a while and I became VERY selective as to who could play it. If I suspected the 'applicant' had over imbibed, he had no chance. I've put a few people's noses out of joint by saying 'no', but hey... It will belong to one of my kids one day. Hence the 'feeling the water' about an SSB 'O' for general performances. Keep the Maton for 'special' performances.

Have you checked with AJ? He may have what you want lying around in a storage shed somewhere.

Since when has this place felt a need to stay on topic? Ooh look, a squirrel!
