Joined: February 2008 Posts: 747 | The one time I ever played on the street was with a friend of mine playing flute while I played guitar and we did Jethro Tull stuff. Made about $30 or more in 15 minutes and then went to the nearest bar. We were about 19 or 20 at the time, both looked badly in need of a job and didn't have fancy expensive instruments so all that probably helped. We were playing in an area of storefronts that were one level below the sidewalk kinda like an amphitheater and it was Friday night - I couldn't believe the paper money that came floating down..lol | ||
