She gave me the serial and it dates to 74'... But no model no - so the pic is the best I can do... So it MUST have a truss rod cover and silver foil label - I have been unable to see the actual guitar as yet...

The only six-string models made in '74 were: Balladeers, Classicals, Folklores, Artists, and Legends. (Some of which were "Custom" and "Glen Campbell") So that thins it down... If it ain't a slot-head, it is either a Balladeer, Legend, or an Artist. If it is a Deep Bowl, it ain't an Artist. So it is either a Balladeer or a Legend. An old Balladeer has X bracing. An old Legend has A bracing. Customs have more fret markers. I know that probably ain't too helpful. What is it worth? As much as you are willing to pay. In today's market they have been going pretty cheap, except for when I want to buy them.

(round dots and the fretboard is not bound) . That pic has to be pretty old itself. Notice the bottle of "Black Label" on the table.

Until then, we're all guessing as to what you have. And as to value, take a look at ebay and you'll get an idea as to what they are trading for....
