This might be a decent guitar or a project. But here is the Wide neck nylon you always wanted...
The bowl was shiny once upon a time.
Needs a clean-up, but...

Is anyone bidding on this? I don't want to jump in if one of you guys or gals have your heart set on it.

I was gonna. Postings here only help drive the price up- there's always a couple of OFCers watching anything interesting even before it's posted here. That said, bid away! eBay items are a free-for-all and nobody's property until the end of the auction.

Are you implying that I am suborning some kind of conspiracy?
It ain't mine, and I have an Academy wide neck slothead so I don't want it. :p

I liked it better when you could see the bidder's handles.
[You will notice that I didn't post anything about the 1681 until I Won It! :D ]

Geez, who are you, Old Lawyer Arthur? :)

I always get annoyed when something I'm watching is posted here at the last minute. I've had it on my watch list, I must be entitled to get it cheap. I never win anything, and it's all your fault. Maybe I'll change my user name to Cranky Old Ovation Guy.

Then you could be a COOG'er...

I hate when that happens, but so many people wanted O's with manly necks...
Even if it does have cat-innards for strings.

I've been 'watching' it since it was posted. I was gonna jump in at the end, but I'll back off if anyone here is bidding.

BTW, this is a very early 'O'.

I took a shot at the end, lost by a few bucks plus whatever more the other guy was willing to pay. Seems like a good deal for $361 on a unique old guitar.

Not me. I sat out... I was gonna bid $375 but I have a feeling that it wouldn't have won.
