Joined: March 2005 Posts: 5563 Location: Blue Ridge Mountains | Probably caused by a thumb nail...and from the close up's it looks like as good a repair as can be expected...its glittered over so it may have been done at the MS at some point...actually, the guitar is pretty clean: a few bumps and scrapes...but, it's been played....wow, what a concept...actually played...kinda like #189 It's mono w/dot knobs...bet it plays killa... Case is intact (a bit of plastic missing at the head) but again: it's been played...actually gigged with...wow... Should be a great buy for someone... (Now, what was it they said about #119...brittle...falling apart...???) :D :p ;) | ||

Joined: January 2002 Posts: 970 Location: Atlanta,Ga. | I owned that one many years ago(20?).My first ever adamas..Bought it at a guitar show.Sent it back to factory for top repair.They did the best they could with it.Hole was nearly thru the top layer of graphite and into the wood..Short of replacing top they did a good job..Sold it after i bought my second and third adamas. if i remember correctly it had the foam carved headstock instead of wood. | ||
