Is anyone out there in the DC area? If so could anyone help me pick this up?
Elite 1537 in Derwood

I'm looking for a non-cutaway Ovation with epilauts for my mom for a Christmas gift as she's had her heart set on something like this for years now. She used to play Ovations back when she was in high school and had one up until I was born where she sold it to help pay for medical costs. (The things parents will do for their kids right?)

If anyone could help me pick this up please contact me via PM or Email, and thanks a bunch you guys!

Yup. Buy it and send it to the factory for a little refurb time and for about $700 it would be a great guitar.....

I know the 1537s are absolute tone monsters and this is something that I know my mom would love to have under the tree.

Again if there's anyone out there that can help get this to me I would greatly appreciate it!

The seller will consider PayPal. Why don't you ask them to drop it off at a UPS Store?

I'm just now talking to the seller about the guitar itself, I think if I present enough interest in the guitar he might be up for that. Just in the meantime don't want this one to slip through my fingers if there's someone in the area willing to help out :)

Just spoke with him in more detail and he definitely won't ship. Too many potential complications he says.

Unfortunately I was up there just last weekend and now I'm stuck down in North Carolina for the next several days. My scheduled is too bunched up through the rest of the year to make another trip up that way.
Sorry,
