I've had problems with the TS electronics (basically it just sucks), so I just play it as as acoustic. Dave PS - And the case is THE nicest case that Ovation has ever put out.

The electronics are basically pre-EQ'd, so all you can control is volume. This model came in two different neck widths at the nut, so make sure you are getting the width you want. Yes, the case is superb.

This board gives you so much information on ovation guitars that it makes it much easier to take a stab at those dreams as they fly by on ebay. Special thanks are in order to the wife who only yelled briefly. Steve

In the spirit of personal disclosure, my first marriage ended after 28 years. I never bought my first wife diamonds, so figure a different approach might be wise.... :D

I never thought of that, so I rushed down to the home town jeweler, slapped down a few century notes, and rushed back home with a beautiful man's REAL diamond and onyx ring in my size for my wife to admire. I ain't never listening to you guys again, all my clothes are spread out over the neighborhood and my guitar collection has just went up in smoke, heating the house in our fireplace. You guys may know about guitars, but it appears you don't know nuthin' about wimmin. Move over little dog, a big dog's moving in. AGAIN

I will sing a song with the new guitar to the wife. Thats what first attracted her to me. Girls are why we all started playing guitar in the first place, anyway. I will keep you informed as to the success of this as well as the 97 Collectors when it arrives.

I think it was his mooning over women in Pheonix and Galveston that did it, so if you sing love songs try to substitute your wife's name in the song. Sincerity is all that really works, otherwise you will have to buy her some shoes and you will find her down at the general store painting the town red drinking Nehi's and eating Clark bars with some guy driving a Studebaker President sedan (with a hill holder clutch and a 2 speaker AM radio, no less).
